After exiting the Neo World Program, Hinata woke up retaining both his memories as Kamukura and his time in the program, however chose to live on as Hajime Hinata and reverted back to his original appearance.
Thus, his memories consist of his life as Hajime Hinata before attending Hope's Peak Academy, his life as Izuru Kamukura, and the killing school trip.
His personality is essentially a fusion of Hinata and Kamukura; no Fukawa/Genocide Jack-type split personality thing going on here.
This of course means that he still retains Kamukura's talents, as well. Known ones are: the ability to predict things quickly and with surprising accuracy, the ability to analyze/read people from the second he looks at them, superhuman strength, and luck.
Due to the return of Hinata's memories/personality, he can only learn new talents at the rate of an average person. Though he doesn't actively try to acquire more talents, anyway.
His eyes are still red, opting not to wear colored contacts so that they can serve as a constant reminder both of the crimes he's committed and the despair he overcame to get to where he is now.
