[The feed turns on to show a teenage boy sitting on a bed in some sort of house and an Eevee curled up happily by his side. Man, it sure is a good thing that he managed to find some temporary shelter from the snow...
As he begins to speak, he looks a bit flustered.]
Hi, um... My name is Hajime Hinata. I'm a student from Hope's Peak Academy in Japan, and I just arrived here a little while ago.
[Like anyone cares where he's from... but it just felt right to say for some reason. He pauses for a moment as he tries to figure out what to say next.]
I guess... we're all stuck in the Pokemon world now? It's weird... I haven't played the games in years, but I'm pretty sure that the starting town was supposed to be Pallet Town. Actually, I was looking at the map earlier and none of the towns seemed familiar at all. But I guess I could just be remembering wrong...
Oh, and also...
[He shifts the camera's view to the window where a red-nosed Stantler can be seen some distance away, seemingly beckoning to a group of people standing nearby.]
Since when did Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer become a Pokemon?
[No really he's confused here.]

[ Probably?
Actually, that reminds her of an actually important question. ]
Hey, Hinata-kun, what's the last thing you remember...? I'm reasonably sure when Saionji-san is from, and I know when I'm from, but what you've said isn't enough to guess...
[ It didn't really matter when Saionji got here, but Hinata...actually has a shot at remembering the things about Nanami that might otherwise be awkwardly revealed by the other students.
...She's actually not sure if anyone would bring it up to her classmates, but. ]
In this sort of situation, finding out what the party members know is...probably important.

Hinata stays silent for a moment before he answers Nanami's question. If she's from an earlier point in time than he is, then what he's about to say may not make any sense to her at all, but... it's probably best to just say it outright.]
We had just performed the forced shutdown... and you and I were saying our goodbyes to each other... I thought... I thought that I was never going to see you again...
[Oh great, now he's getting all emotional again. He turns away from the camera as he tries to calm himself once more. It takes a little longer than the first time, but once he's sure that he's not going to burst into tears on camera, he looks towards it again, clearly pretty embarrassed by his almost outburst. Hinata really hopes that they're from the same point in time, or else it's going to be even more embarrassing.]
...Sorry.

...that's not exactly a bad thing to hear. She'd expected nothing after the final block slid into place.
The wonderful world of Pokemon least of all.
And Monomi...was surely back in that place still, where they didn't exist any longer, wasn't she? Perhaps more than anything, that worried Nanami the most. Especially because Hinata had just confirmed what she had stubbornly believed in: her classmates could succeed.
...
Give her a second here. ]

[ That's suitably vague enough, right? Well, he knows what she means, at least. And now that she knows he's from after that, the awkward question of where her loyalties do or don't lie won't come up, probably.
At least, he should know how that is. ]
...Until I woke up here, I though I probably wouldn't see any of you again, either. I'm...glad I was wrong.
video;
...I don't know if we're going to be stuck here forever, or if we'll have to leave someday, but... either way, let's make the most of our time here, okay?

[ And this reminds her. ]
Ah, about who the traitor was...that's something I did tell them, since they asked me.
[ This is why she filtered it. There are at least two people who do not have that information. ...And of course if the survivors from that game asked her, she'd...well, comply. ]
...I'm not sure what else you figured out after that point, but...the questions they asked, I told them the answers. ...However, I didn't mention anything like that to Saionji-san.

...Did you tell them who the mastermind behind our field trip of mutual killing was?
[Does Nanami herself even know that it was him? Well, technically it was Kamukura, but as far as he's concerned, he and Kamukura are the same person, so Hinata intends on taking full responsibility for his actions.]

Shockingly, some of their not-classmates are pretty suspicious and cagey. ]
...No. That...wasn't something I knew. I know who was behind the first games, but that person...shouldn't exist any longer. My best guess is that they had a plan in place for that eventuality...
...What I told the others was about the nature of that place and myself.

[Should he just tell her right now, then? Or should he let her find out on her own? Hinata isn't sure which option is the best one to pick... Well, the second one would certainly be the best one for him, but at the same time it'll feel like he's betraying her trust if he doesn't say anything now. But would that interfere with their timelines and shit if he does?
He remains so deep in thought about the whole thing that he actually falls completely silent without really realizing it.]

[ It's not like she'll force the issue, certainly. And if there's anything that's true here, it's that she does trust all of her classmates. Even the ones who were executed. Even now, there isn't any real accusation or suspicion in her tone.
That "game", that mockery of a game...
...well, it wasn't easy for anyone, was it? ]
I'm just glad you all found a way out of the New World Program. That you lived.
